The quality of the vype products is fantastic - the only negative was that starter kits come with nicotine caps and as I am not a smoker I wanted to replace them with 0% mint caps instead (I called and asked only to be told it wasn't possible and there was nothing that could be done about it). I found it a bit strange - looks like the product is aimed only at smokers which is a shame.
