I have used vype ever since I gave up smoking back in March and loved the favours, ease of use, availability from tesco etc! But recently I have had a few issues. It's the flavour of the e caps. Some (even after buying a new e pen battery) do not taste of the flavour in any form but leave a sharp tingling sensation at the back of your throat. Sometimes this can be two capsules per pack and it's not in one particular flavour either. When i purchase the pack I now have to have back up packs just incase of this flavour problem! It has only been the past 6-8 weeks I would say. But I have sent emails to Kerry I assume she is from your customer survey team and she is extremely helpful in replacing the faulty e caps and then I return the caps for you guys to test. Personally thE best flavour is the wild berries it's amazing followed by tobacco flavour then cherry, unsure why the infused vanilla only comes in 12mg or less and not 18mg.
