It is exactly one year since i have smoked a cigarette. I tried for thirty odd years to stop smoking and had dabbled with various e cigs and nicotine patches for the last five years or so with little success and I always returned to cigarettes. Then I tried Vype estick. They look like a cigarette, they weigh very little so feel like a cigarette, I don't have to press a button to "smoke" them and I don't need to dismantle them to refill. There is no metal tip in my mouth to remind me that it's not a cigarette. To say I am delighted is an understatement. I have been congratulated for giving up smoking but there has been no effort on my part to do so. I don't consider myself to be a smoker any more and I no longer smell like one. My breathing has improved tremendously and I feel fitter and healthier than I did fifteen years ago. Happy Anniversary to me!
