Excellent product. Poor customer service. Tried to buy some refills with my "20%" off voucher that was inside my starter pack and it didn't work. I emailed Vype explaining the problem only to receive an email back telling me to call customer services which defeats the object of emailing, so I didn't bother. I got a discount code from Vype after signing up to their newsletter which I used successfully this time but they took 6 days to deliver. Great product which works well but ironically I'd suggest you buy your refills from a supermarket because by the time you receive them from Vype you'll have started smoking again!
