Was easy to assemble and easy to charge, no mess with fitting the cap to the epen like most ecigs and got a 20% off voucher for my next order of cap refills which comes in really handy! The only criticism I have is that when you're ordering you only get a choice of one strength of liquid, maybe give a variety of strengths?
