On first use I thought the ePen was very easy to use and seem as good as any other ePen I've seen, better cosmetic design than most. My only reserve not really a negative is the range of flavours available, I wanted a good mint flavour and the crisp mint doesn't really have much of a minty taste, not keen on cherry or fruits and wanted to remove myself from tobacco flavour. The only negative is you can't refill the refills so you are limited to the three flavours on offer, I do hope this matter gets resolved or I may have to change to a different ePen with better choices. However I will keep on given I have only just bought it, and recently (today) bought another in purple as a back up for when the first is charging
