So far so good, only started using the e sticks a few days ago but so far impressed. They do give the feeling of actually smoking a cigarette, just a little on the heavy side. Proof of the pudding will be if I actually manage to become an 'ex-smoker' using these. Have tried all other methods in the past, patches, sprays, pills etc.
