I had high hopes for the Vype ePen but I'm quite disappointed. Mainly:- it takes a lot of rapid clicking to switch on the ePen after it's shut down - more than it says in the user guide and the tiny up/down buttons you have to click make it difficult. The silicone cover doesn't fit the ePen properly and came off and got lost on the second day I had it so I'm concerned how unhygienic the ePen now is in my handbag with the mouthpiece uncovered. Finally, The starter kit only came with 18mg tobacco caps which are much too strong for me so I bought the Crisp Mint flavoured 6mg, perfect strength but the mint flavour is barely there so I won't buy that flavour again. A few suggestions - 1) either rethink the way users have to restart the pen after its shut down or make the buttons a bit bigger and easier to use. 2) design a cap that fits properly so it doesn't come off so easily. 3) offer users the chance to buy a starter kit with lower strength caps. 4) crank up the Mint in the Crisp Mint flavour. I'll stick with it for now, but I'll probably look at a different design when I've used the caps I have. I do like the general design and range of colours though - good to see something a bit more female friendly.
