The service from Vype was absolutely brilliant, the prices are great & I overall enjoy using my Vype, I haven't touched a cigarette in 4 weeks, which is a massive achievement for me. I get my Vype Epen refills from my local Lloyds pharmacy though as I think the price for postage from the Vype website is overpriced, so therefore that's the only reason for me giving 4 stars. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars. Hope this helps. Thank you :)
