This is a very good product overall ( epen). The online shop is easy to use with good deals available from time to time. It will get you off the Tobacco, which is good, and the flavours are all very good too. My quibble is that the refills for the epen are still too pricey, even with 6 for the price of 5 deals. £6.99 for three refills is not a financial incentive to give up smoking. You will average two packs a week or maybe 3 so that's £14- £21. A better price of £6.99 for 5 refills would be better. The product itself is well made, discreet, nice and light and won't make you look silly using it. With a price reduction on the refill cartridges I would give it 5 stars, as it stands 4.
