Disappointed with the lack of service when things go wrong like the e-tank tube that would not work at all and when I finally tracked down how to complain and was given a ticket number nothing happened.I complained again and was given another ticket number and thereafter - nothing.Is this good customer service? I don't think so.

If this poor service continues I will be forced elsewhere I am afraid.
As a plus your new larger rechargeable battery is much better than the standard one.
