I recently purchased the Vype eTank, and for the first day or so it worked fine, however it did develop a problem that manifested itself in a very weak vapour, to the point that I had to suck so hard that I nearly collapsed a lung;) That said when I reported the fault to the folks at customer service they were superb. They responded very quickly and were happy to replace the unit without issue. The Vype fluids are certainly the best that I have tasted, in particular the Golden tobacco and Cherry flavours. I am considering upgrading to the eBox but at nearly 50 quid its a bit pricey. All in all my experience has been OK, hopefully the replacement eTank will work as expected:)
