I have recently given up smoking and switched to Vype eCigs before moving to the ePen and then the eTank. All fantastic, and then finally got the ebox. I had problems finding the ebox but after an email to Vype asking about availability, a customer service agent got in touch and not only sorted one out for me but went above and beyond any customer service experience I've ever had! Big shout out to Liz!! I've already convinced 3 friends to switch to Vype products and they are all so glad they did. A perfect alternative to smoking and I haven't had a single puff on a cigarette since I made the switch to Vype products.
