My eTank wasn't working originally, the liquid wasn't going in properly, called customer services and turns out I was putting it in the wrong end!, now I've got to grips with it it's a realt good product, just make sure you read the instruction or if your lazy like me call customer services, the lady I spoke to was really lovely patient and helpful.
