Excellent customer service and a good product so the main reason I have recommended to a number of friends who now also use Vype. So far its around 15 people who have switched to Vype and counting. The only negative is the price of the refills that are a factor in 'may be' questioning our future long tetm use of products. Don't think there will be a price reduction but may be considering reduction of QTY purchase may allow for a good compromise. A very good product.
