To be honest and as previously disclosed I love your product and quality of your cigarette yet my experience with the availability of cartridges was not pleasant at all... despite the fact that you couldn't facilitate my shipment to Amman -Jordan, the other scenario of sending them via courier (Shop and Ship) was a nightmare!! I've received your confirmation that your products pass customs and after I placed my order on your website, shipment was sent by you to aramex (Shop & Ship) address in London then came to my surprise that the shipment was unacceptable by them and gave me the option of either return the shipment to you for a cost of (20$), send then shipment to any address in UK for a cost of (20$) or destroy the shipment for free!! Again, I don't want to call myself as a loyal customer cause for sure I'm still new customer but I can't say it load that I would love to be a highly frequent customer if this shipment issue is solved with less headaches.
