I have the e tank and have been a smoker for nearly 30 yrs but by using the e tank, I have stopped completely, it's been 4 months now and I know I'll never have another cigarette again!! I have weaned myself from 12mg of nicotine down to 3 and am just about to start 0, once my 3mg has gone, I've already bought it and am ready to go!! Best thing I ever did and great flavours!! Xxx
