Vype is a stylish vaping product and has an efficient and helpful customer services function. I have progressed through ePen, Pebble and now ePen3. The Pebble was undoubtedly the most stylish and discreet but I think all of the hardware suffers from reliability issues - I'm never 100% certain it will 'fire up'. I have not compared cartridges with tank products but I suspect that the value for money - £:ml is poor. And, in spite of assurances to the contrary, I cant see the liquid level in the ePen3 tank which is frustrating. And I urge Vype to stop calling this vaping solution an 'e-cigarette'; it negates all the good PR about vaping being an alternative to, or exit from, tobacco smoking and condemns vapers to be lumped in with smokers: not what was intended.
