Well branded, packaged and efficiently delivered - hype has increased its presence in UK retail stores too which has made this my go-to brand since I quit smoking. Their ePen was the only method I could find after a year of attempts to quit which worked. Since then, I have consistently had positive experiences ordering from the brand. Initial feedback I gave on the website was taken on board and changes made to their site swiftly after. I very much appreciate their rewards/points system as a frequent buyer. Would like to see the ability to order greater than 10 ePen refills (rather than order multiple times). Definitely recommend.
