I very recently purchased a vype pro 2 and was using it with no issues for nearly 2 days. I encountered a problem with unscrewing the top on the 3rd refill which resulted in the casing breaking and rendering the product unusable. I contacted the customer services who replied promptly, taking the necessary details and sent out a replacement product with next day delivery. Could not fault the service I received. Have been using their products for a while now with a previous vype pen and the service and delivery is always commendable
