Started with original Vype e.pen a few years ago then graduated to e.pen 2. I thought these products were great,and they were successful in getting me off my pipe and cigars. The e.pen 3 is a giant leap forwards and it's the closest I've ever come to the real taste of tobacco: the "Master Blend" is totally brilliant. I thought I'd run my e.pens together, but there's no going back to versions 1 or 2 after you've tried e.pen 3.. Well done Vype - and PS, despite having been a customer for more than five years, I have NEVER had to contact customer services!
