We had a house survey carried out prior to purchase, Tom was diligent in checking all aspects of the house he was able to access and made sound recommendations which we followed up on to our advantage. The report was delivered quickly and followed up by a conversation which helped explain things clearly. Can't recommend Tom Smith and W A Barnes enough, excellent service.
