Awful. It's one of the worst products and support I've had. The item I purchased (arms for my chair) arrived damaged and appeared to have been used previously, as the box was stapled shut. I contacted support to return and they not only didn't send the collection company to the right address, they wanted to charge me for that.
Not only did you send me a damaged product, but I was also being charged for a collection that never occurred. Awful!
