The experience to find the product and to buy on the website was very good. It said the product is shipped quickly after confirmation. After getting the confirmation of my order, I have received several marketing emails (advertising the products, selling additional accessories, asking how was my experience etc). Funny enough I never received ONE email with any kind of information about the delivery, or the clear delay in the delivery. Almost one month after, I wrote an email that was poorly answered with "sorry, we have challenges to ship". When I asked what kind of challenges and when I could expect a resolution, I got an answer (another 2 days later) saying "challenges with customs docs". Another week passed, no more info, just the standard frequent marketing emails and now this request for feedback. This is extremely poor customer service!!! Should I cancel my order? I've tried to be patient but it seems you are not able to fulfil it and I am not getting any information either.
