Ordered a spring bulb planter and a birthday biscuit for my Nans 96th birthday. When it arrived it head all fallen out and looked as though it had been dropped upside down several times. The biscuit was not delivered and something I hadn't ordered was in its place.
Not only was the quality poor but it was over a week late.
When i spoke to customer service they did offer a new one or £15 refund (it was £40 in total).
The gesture was there but not really adequate considering the initial cost and upset.
Won't be using this service again sadly.
