As I hadn’t used Waitrose delivery for a few months
, I had to do a security check. My iPad was playing up and so I went onto my phone. By mistake I paid for my groceries a day before delivery. I didn’t realise this and amended the order the day before the delivery, then went through checkout . I have lost over £100 and Waitrose deny any receipt of it. My bank insist that I paid a quick payment but the money has disappeared. I have told customer services, but absolutely, no response . I will never use Waitrose again .
