I ordered a cake of cheese for my daughter's wedding. Three days before the wedding I was told by Waitrose Droitwich that it hadn't arrived in store. However the lovely Waitrose staff put together a three tier cake from instore stock and also provided all the accessories- biscuits, chutneys, port, and bouquets for the bride and mothers, and did not charge us. Thank you Wendy and all the Waitrose staff at Droitwich.
