We used to use Waitrose at Exeter a lot. It was out of our way but the the vast range of cheeses was a big draw. Then they decimated the cheese counter and put in a ridiculous sushi fish bar. Consequently the cheese range and stock was reduced and after several unsuccessful trips when our favourite cheeses were sold out or not in stock we stopped going. We now source our cheeses from elsewhere.
Not a good move, Waitrose.
