I bought Waitrose essential turkey this Christmas, it weighed 6.5 kilos and cost £40. The quality was excellent, I did not tell guests it was the essential range and everyone thought is tasted good. I have always liked the essential chickens and thought I would try this, as I have been fed up with paying £75 plus for free range, or bronze turkeys from my usual local butcher.
Could not fault this turkey and will definitely buy this again next year. Well don Waitrose.
