Way overpriced. Steaks are much smaller, thinner, and more expensive per weight unit than those sold by Tesco and Sainsbury's, while the fruit is of same quality as the other supermarkets, with barely anything organic, and the choice of cheeses is dire.
Waitrose clearly plays on a false image of high quality in order to appeal to an educated middle class clientele, but it's all an illusion.
