I must say I was very disappointed with the Stratford-upon-Avon store. They do not take you to the product you require but only point in the direction. No meet & great at the till. Didn’t wait for me to catch up with my packing. The first time the woman raised her head or spoke to me was when she asked me for the money!! I suggest you look at M&S Maybird staff are excellent. Always greeted with a smile and ask how you are. They don't rush your shopping through and will always take you to items you can’t find. They go at the pace of the customer.
