I bought a first time product from these people and I never got the order. Now I thought it could have been a mistake with the post office or whatever. So when they reached out to me for a review of their product and services I gave them a bad review. I still have no product as of yet but it appears that was my fault. My whole address was right except for one number in my zip code. Regardless, the people at waking herbs wrote me back promptly and were willing to send a replacement and only asked that I pay shipping. That was of course before I found out I was at fault. Not many small business Wil do that so I have to give credit to these guys.
