I have placed several orders with waking her over the last few months using my multiple email addresses. I have used other suppliers but waking herbs products were always superior and I was very pleased to have them as a supplier. then I placed two orders within days of each other both for 1 kilogram or mhrb. the first order never arrived and the second order did make it right as the website said waking her s was out of stock of Brazilian mhrb. the order that didnarrive cost me 200 and was not the exceptional inner root bark that I had been used to receiving from waking herbs it was only bark the product that I've made from this order was inferior and ended up costing me money due to unfulfilled orders from my small group of customers. it was the worst MHRV I've received for any supplier so far. I contacted waking herbs about the order before that that never arrived and after several times of contacting and being told they would check with the warehouse I had to contact my credit card company in order to get a refund. I didn't want to leave this review because of the positive experience that I did have with waking herbs and really wish that I could continue using them as my supplier of MHRB however I was told to be honest with my review and so that's what I've done the bad batch of mhrB I received has not been addressed and has cost me financially and the struggle I went through to get a refund on the order that never shipped I don't feel was acceptable I do appreciate that I finally received my refund but I am upset that I feel like no longer use waking herbs as might go to supplier for dyes.
