The first thing I noticed was the 3 day priority shipping to the US, the high quality packaging and labels, and most importantly the herbs, which are kept and contained fresh in their natural taste. The herbs were very small finely cut pieces, almost shredded, however I also thought this makes herbal tea/products more easier for the organic material to dilute into the solvent in concentration.
