Very reliable. Although one of our orders got lost in the post we were easily able to arrange to pick the order up later on. The quality of the products are always amazing and we often get a small sample of other products with our order.
One negative - we have messaged through the online email form twice and have never received a response from either, so it would be good to have better response for that.
Overall though Waking Herbs is an amazing website and we will always order from this site.
