I made a mistake giving WH team a worse review than I am giving now which is 5 stars. Now I'm just fixing my mistake because WakingHerbs is so nice to deal with. I was reassured that even if I do not receive my package then we will still come to a conclusion as to how to work this out. It seems that Covid 19 is at fault for causing my package to arrive a bit later than expected. I highly respect the WakingHerbs team for their efforts to do business not only because it's a great business, but also because of their cause to help with preserving the Amazon Rainforest whilst helping the peoples of the land.
