Definitely needs work. Multiple failed deliveries, massive shipping delays, tiny product size. I do think your hearts are in the right place.
EDIT: Waking Herbs customer service contacted me to offer me a refund of over 50 dollars for a product that never shipped....which I ordered it back in July. I'm amending my rating to Good and will change it to Very Good when I receive the refund.
