I have been working with waking herbs for a year already. The quality and freshness go the product is amazing and the customer service is top notch. They follow up within 24 hours if any problem. I can't believe the reviews with one star her complaining that products were never received and emails not answered. These reviews must definitely be from people who try to came down for other reasons.
