Walkers delivered a consignment of tiles for us. As we live in a rather out of the way and difficult house to find, I rang and gave instructions. The lovely girl who took my call, put me on hold, relayed my instructions directly to the depot who passed them onto the driver. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes but when I got home from work, the tiles were deposited exactly where I had specified. It is so great to be able to get through to a human being immediately these days, and to find them friendly and efficient. Walkers is a real pleasure to deal with.
