Hi , Thanks for following up and asking for saome feedback on recent shipmenst and experiences with yourselves. At the moment, I am not aware of any issues and the customer service I have experienced has been good. We sometimes get a call from either Graham or Hayley prior to our cut off time to check whether we have any cheeky last minute pallets to add. This works really well and is appreciated by all our team here. Generally, to note as well if sometimes past cut off on portal (4pm) where able they will check with the driver on his location and if he is still within the area and able to come back then he will.
