the online class is not as flexible as described earlier, it was difficult to booking class and too many class not available.
the new digital class is uncomfortable, it's much better with zoom.
the materials for the class were often recurs, it needs more development.
the teacher/trainer too frequently switching classes in the breakout room without supervision.
for complementary class, sometime the teacher/trainer didn't know the material well.
