Hey , I start with wse a month ago . I have pound the method very helpful but there is some lacks . In my experience it’s would make easier for me to understand the method’s unit if there are more explanations with the video( I speak on the multimedia) . And I pound it’s difficult to book lessons weekly because there is a limit to one lesson every time, in addition you cannot book encounter for less than week when you start a unit I pound it also a little bit annoying. At the end I want to note positively my personal trainer frahana she’s very patient and know how to help and explain me things which I didn’t understand well.
