Proverei ad organizzare meglio le lezioni di practice (social club e complementary class) rispetto agli argomenti trattati, in maniera tale da non rischiare di duplicare le lezioni, come a volte accade. Inoltre sarebbe auspicabile una migliore gestione degli encounter...Spesso si ha difficoltà a prenotarli nei tempi che piu convengono agli studenti. Infine, dovrebbero essere implementate le attività volte al miglioramento delle speaking skills
