La mia esperienza è iniziata con una formazione one to one (presso la sede di Perugia) per proseguire in incontri formativi in azienda, insieme ad altri colleghi.
In entrambi le situazioni ho potuto apprezzare la professionalità dei formatori che sono sempre riusciti a coniugare competenza, metodo ed adeguatezza degli stimoli formativi.
Il materiale didattico e l’utilizzo del portale è molto buono.
Mentre i KPI ed il monitoraggio dei risultati devono essere migliorati spostando il tutto verso la numerabilità piena del livello raggiunto.
