J'ai apprécié votre accueil, votre disponibilité et la qualité de os cours. Cependant, lorsque j'ai demandé un prolongement, ma demande s'est perdue et mon cours s'est arrêté brusquement. Il n'a pas été possible de rajouter 2 semaines comme je le souhaitais pour valider B1, c'était trop compliqué pour vous. cela m'a donné l'impression que derrière les sourires et la disponibilité, ce qui compte réellement c'est le chiffre d'affaire.
