There is no problem with teachers and coaches in the Center. However, the online lesson design should be more engaging and lively instead of just following the standard approach of grouping, exchanging, and having the teacher listen briefly in each group. Also, the mobile app needs improvement; it has many bugs. Sometimes, the audio is not audible on the mobile app, and the recording function sometimes glitches, not capturing audio even though it was working fine before. Any unnecessary animation should be removed to create a more direct and fast experience while still saving battery. We paid for all of this, so if any of these things are not good, the price is not really worth it.
