Couldn't recommend this company enough for every aspect of it. firstly, the price comparison between this website and all others was amazing so I decided to make an order, I was not disappointed! The wallpaper arrived sooner than what I was expecting which was a bonus as you have to expect some delay with the current situation. I needed to contact customer service as I had a tiny problem, I sent customer service a quick email and explained to them my issue (I might add i am a very fussy guy, a bit of a perfectionist if you must, so if anything it would have been easy to dismiss my issue as not really much of a problem) well very shortly after I had a message back and I can honestly say I was shocked that I had actually received absolutely amazing customer service, kind, prompt, helpful and understanding, what a breath of fresh air! We all know that even the biggest to the smallest companies can be a nightmare to get some decent customer service that can be bothered to listen to you as an individual customer. I spoke to someone called Claire, absolutely amazing, I'm not sure if she is part owner or an employee, if its her company she's doing amazing and knows exactly how to run a successful buisness, if she works for the company they should be very grateful to have someone work for them that is adding great value to their business!.!.!.! To sum up, if you want to buy wallpaper that is good value, quality and competitive in price with the comfort in knowing that you are backed up by great customer service...then look no further, I never leave reviews but this is definitely worthy of a few minutes to let others who are unsure know that this is a safe reliable company to get your wallpaper at a cracking price!
