I have ordered from the company in the past and do not recollect any problem. On this most recent occasion it took three weeks for me to receive the order. That was a week longer than the latest date as predicted in the order acknowledgement and three weeks after the payment had been taken from my bank account. No delivery or despatch information was sent. When the parcel did eventually arrive it was a complete surprise after I had given up on it. In regards to the company response. Delivery was not within 10 - 15 days. It breached the delivery schedule provided by Wallpaper online by one week, that is 21 days and not 10 - 15.
