I had excellent customer service from one of their employees, Katie. I contacted the customer service using their 'pure chat' service to try to order Cole and Son wallpaper with a particular batch number. I had previously ordered some rolls of this wallpaper from you but my contractor had miscalculated the number of rolls and had run out half way through the job, so I needed to try to match the batch and also to get the extra roll as quickly as possible. Katie was very helpful and friendly, and did everything possible to 'rush' the roll to us. She was a real delight to deal with. I have always used online wallpaper companies fairly interchangeably in the past, but I will make a point of ordering from this company in future.
