6 emails received to add review of project, Project put on hold. Sadly the tiles arrived not packed securely to the pallet, causing damage to 18 tiles. Tiles ordered for delivery 14 days before tiler booked to fit. Due to damage and having to wait over a month for replacement tiles we had to cancel tiler and don't know when we can get him now. Very disappointed with the inadequate and disgraceful packaging. The tile boxes should have been strapped to the pallet not just wrapped in cellophane.
